Residents will have access to a purpose-built kitchen and will work alongside the Hill Street Hatch team to develop culinary concepts and test new hospitality ideas and experiences. Residencies at the hatch last normally between 4-8 weeks.

In October we brought a Taiwan-style teabreak to the Cathedral Quarter with delicious wheel-cakes from the amazing Charlotte!

SUMMER SERIES

The Hatch Summer Series has been a means of reconnecting with our roots, and allowing the most exciting upcoming entrepreneurs the opportunity to test their big ideas and meet their customers face to face before committing to a premises of their own.

Moon Gelato, A Peculiar Tea, and Kubo took up residency in the Hatch, filling the Cathedral Quarter with curious visitors and fantastic food.

Rolls at the ready… We’ve teamed up with a fantastic pastry chef to elevate and celebrate the humble sausage roll. Running throughout May at Hill St Hatch.

FEBRUARY & MARCH

THE TOAST OFFICE

In February we launched a brand new concept, The Toast Office, serving delicious grilled cheese sandwiches. After selling out continuously for 4 weeks, we extended their residency at the Hatch throughout March.

In December we had the pleasure of working with two lovely ladies, together known as Humble Pie, for our very first pop up.
