Our Story
Both Northern Ireland natives, Ryan Crown and Ema O’Kane lived in New York for 5 years where their love & passion for hospitality flourished.
Ryan & Ema have been ‘hatching’ the idea of this partnership for the past two years whilst both working in the hospitality industry in NYC. Driven by a passion for creativity and all things food & drink, they have a constant finger on the pulse in both a local and international context. They have witnessed similar concepts being implemented in other cities and believe we should be celebrating and showcasing Northern Irish talent.
Returning back to Northern Ireland has allowed this idea to come to fruition.
